Interest. at yesterday afternoon's hearing of the "Sunning piracy. саве Was centred round the evidence of Chan Sang-po, the 2ad. Engineer's 'boy,' who was responal- ble for the arrest of the 6th, accused (defended by Mr. M. K. Lo) against whom the evidence of Naval officere two weeks ago was very confleting.
The first witness called yesterday afternoon was a ship's boy', Kwok Yee, who stated, in reply to the Crown Solicitor (Mr. H. K. Halmes').
