The "China Mall" understanda that in addition to the twenty men who were brought before Mr. R. E. Lindsell, at the Central Magistracy on Monday morning, when they were formally remanded for a week, only two other men are likely to

be charged.

These two men are at present in hospital and it is understood that they will not be in a fit condition to take their trial for some con- siderable time-a matter of several weeks at least.
