TRAGIC AFTERMATH AT
SEAMEN'S QUARREL. Rangoon, September 29 A drowning fatality took place in the Rangeon River in the small hours of this morning when a number of officers of different steamers now in port were return, ing from the city by launch:
It appears that in the course of an altercation Fireman Reid of the s.3. "Onla" pushed Third Ocer McLean of the S., "Singu." The latter theroupon lost his balance and fell into the river. McLean's body has not been traced yet. Reid was arrest ed. The Police Investigation is proceedings
