The sum payable on applica- tion will be $3.50 per share (being as to $2.50 on nccount of the nominal value and as tc $1.00 the premium):

In allotting shares the Directors will, if there are sufficient appli- cations from bang fide residents in the Colony of Hongkong, allot shares to such applicants only and they will also pay due regard to the applications of telephone subscribers.

The shares allotted in accord- ance with applications received on the issue of the Prospectus will rank for dividend from the 1st January, 1926, on the nominal amount paid up. In all other respects such shares will rank pari pasau with the 250,000 shares at present forming the issued Capital of the Company. If the whole of the 250,000 shares to be offered. to the public is subscribed, the Company's Share Capital of $5,000,000 will then have been fully issued and will consist of 140,000 shares of $10.00 each credited as fully paid up and 360,000 shares of $10.00 each paid up to the extent of $2.50 per

share.
