N` INTERIM DIVIDEND of Fifty cents (50 cents) per share on the Old Shares (Fully Paid) and Three cents (3 cents) per share on the New Shares ($1.00 Paid) has been declared for the half year ending 30th June,
1924.
Such Interim Dividend will be pay able on and after TUESDAY, the 23rd September at the Offices of the Company, where shareholders are requested to apply for Warrants.
The REGISTER' OF SHARES of the Company will be closed from the 13th September. 1924 until the 23rd September, 1924 (both days inclu- sive), during which period no trans- ter of shares can be registered.
