For the benefr of those who are interested in our Assembly Hall and who were not present at the opening and have not seen the building, a short description thereof might not be amiss.
The main portion of the building is of grey granite cement painted, a few of the divisional walls are of brick. The major portion of the roof is of double tile close set supported by hardwood beams and rafters stained dark brown, A1 either end, the roof covering the platform and ante-rooms is of reinforced concrete on substantial beams of the same material.
