"Tilsondari" which is not due for some days is bringing about 50,000 piculs of new crop sugar. As this will add to the drag on the market it would only be atural to expect that importers do not welcome consignments this way but this is not so, They prefer to look further ahead and hope that with the arrival of the new crop bangers-on will be forced to dis- gorge their holdings of old crop, business in fresh stocks which have and thus pave the way to better
