An agreement of a far-reaching character involving the formation of a Russo German commercial company with a capital of 8,000,000 gold roubles is announced fréta Warsaw. It has been ratified by the Soviet Council of Commissarice.

The contracting parties are the German Otto Wolff naortium, wlio are owners of large works, and the Soviet representative in Berlin. Each will provide helf the capital and exercise.equal_control of the directorate and administration. The scheme gives the right to catablieb branches in Russia, besides important cord- mercial concessions and a monopoly for the importation into Russia of metal articles, and the exploration of 1ay materials under Soviet control.
