An agreement of a far-reaching character involving the formation of a Russo German commercial company with a capital of 8,000,000 gold roubles is announced fréta Warsaw. It has been ratified by the Soviet Council of Commissarice.

The contracting parties are the German Otto Wolff naortium, wlio are owners of large works, and the Soviet representative in Berlin. Each will provide helf the capital and exercise.equal_control of the directorate and administration.
