KOWLOON R.G.A..
This game at Bockumpoo was well worth watching It was very evenly. contested, and the Kowloonites just inacaged to snatch the victory, alter a strenuous fight, by the odd goal in eeven. Both ends of the field were visited in rapid succession, but for a while the defence held their own. On one or two occasions the forwarde managed to get in, but they failed badly in front of gral. The goal keepers at both ends were also in form and had no difficulty in dealing with the team shots which camo their
way.
After about a quarter of an hour's play, Bowlcon drew first blod through Brown heading the ball past Phillips following a lofty shot from Coombes. Townsend conic in for a lot of work after this but managed to keep the ball out. Green was persistent. however, and eventually managed to get the equalizer just before half time.
The second half was just as strenuously contested but ihe forwarde made a lot of mistake in the opening ateges. The Gunnera driw ahead through a fine breakaway by Green, who passing when well in, allowed Mollugh to su into the gost with the tall. A few minutes Ister Brown equalised for Kowloos. Hall and Coombes g vs the ride' a lead of 2 goals after five minutes' ding-dong play. The Gonuers missed
