What is alleged to have been a ounding fraud on the Post Oflice was disclosed at the Magistracy yesterday afternoon, when Chan Cheuk hing, the master of the Chruk Kee shop, of No. 78, Queen a Road West, was sharged at the instance of the Post master General (Mr. S.
