The Rev. C. B. Shann has been appointed to act as Deputy Registrar of the Hongkong University during the absence of the Registrar, Dr. N. Teasdale Mackintosh who leaves for, Shanghai by the "Empress of Rusta" to-morrow at the invitation of e Bhanghai Municipal Council to inspect its schools.
