PRIZE COURT PROCEEDINGS.

Seized in the harbour on the out- break of war as an enemy prize the 9.5. Rajaburi", formerly owned by the Norddeutscher Lloyd was the subject of a motion heard before the Acting Chief Justice (Mr. H. H. J. Gompertz), sitting ia the Prize Court this morning.
