Colonel House says that there seems to be some agreement between the Empire Premier in this connection, and "the time is, perhaps, not distant when a Colonial may become the Premier of England."
Colone House urges that the Domin-1 ions could be utilised in the future to cement the Empire and the United States closer than bitherto, and urges that at the Autumn Pacife Conference there ought to be present the Premiers of [Chanda. Australia, New Zealand and
South Africa.
