The following is the Report of the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Co., Ltd. for presentation to Shareholders at the Thirty Third Ordinary Annual Meeting to be held at the office of Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Co, Ltd. en Friday, February 6, 1920, at noon.
The Directors beg to submit to shareholders their report with a statement of accounts. for the year ended 31st December, 1919,
The profit on working was $998,12000 as compared with $969,048.24 in 1918.
The nett profit for the year after deducting Directors' and Auditors" fees, and paying for repairs is $899.179.27. The amount brought forward from last year is $40.523.96 making a total of $939,703.23 available for appropriation The directors recommend the following
