In the Supreme Court this morning... before a Full Court, Sir William Rees Davies, KC, Chief Justice and Mr. Justice Gompertz sitting, George William Cade Burnett, editor and manager of the China Mall was charged with contempt of Court.
The Attorney-General, the Hon. Mr. J. H. Kemp, C.B.E. appeared for the prosecution, and Mr. C. G. Alabas. ter, O.BE, instructed by Mr. C. D Wilkinson of Messes. Wilkinson and Grist appeared for defendant..
