THE NEED OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPEIONS.

A largely attended Meeting of the General Council of the Found was held in the Court Room of Trinity House on July 10. His Royal High ness Prince Albert, The President of the Fund, presided.

H Royal Highness, in the course of his opening speech to the Council. said that he wished to rake this opportunity of thanking them for the invaluable personal help they were rendering in the administration of the Fund, and he felt sure that the success which was attending their labours would be a source of much pleasure and gratification to them, as it was to himself, as their President.
