John Jellicoe had been appointed First Sen Lord and that Admiral Sir David Beatty had been appointed to the command of the Grand Fleet.
Admiml Sir Henry Jackson has been appointed Admiral President of the Royal Naval College, Greenwich.
Mr. Balfour said that decisions in volving these appointments were taken some time ago, but their announcement had been delayed for military reasona. There would he consequential changes in the Board of Admiralty.
