One of the enemy ships was blown up, another bolted and the third, when last seen, was still engaged.

THE KILLED AND WOUNDED.
LONDON, Dec. 17, 2.33 am
It is officially announced that seven soldiers were killed and fourteen wounded; 22 civilians killed and fifty wounded at Hartlepool. There were thirteen casualties at Scarborough and four at Whitby.
There was no panic anywhere.

THE SERBIANS' VICTORY.
In Serbia from Dec. 10th till the 12th the enemy continued to retreat along. the whole liae.
