Bossos, Nov. 17, The Rt. Hon. D. Lloyd George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, in his financial statement said that he was making proposals not merely to not increased expenditure but also the deficiency in the revenue.

The total sau for which provision would require to be made would Be 9535;000,000 for ordinary und war expenditure.
