NO NEWS FROM TSINGTAO.
Mr. Tina, the Japanese Consul-General in Hongkong, infarms us that at present no news is to hand of the fighting at Tsingtau. This is due to an interruption of the telegraphic service from Nagasaki to Shanghai, caused, it is believod, by the Germans having damaged the cable.

Telegrams received to-day from Japan were delayed about 50 hours in transit in consequence of the interruption.
