The hearing of the motion to strike out the civil case against Chung Sau Nam on the ground of its being frirelcus and rexstions and fan abuse of the process of the Court was continued in the Fall Court this morning before their Honours the Chief Justice (Sir William Ben Davies) and the Fuise Judge (Mr. Justico Gumperts).
Sir Francia Figgott and Mr. C. G. Ali baster, instructed by Sir. W. B. Hind (from Mr. G. E. Hall Brution's office) appear on behalf of Chang Sau Nam, while the plaintiff, the Governor-General and the Commisioner of Finance for the Provices of Kwangtung, are represented by Mesars. E. H.
