The action by Mr. H. Oberry, who sued 3r F. Reichowon, proprietor of the Grand Hotel, to recover: 810,360, únge suffered by the plaintiff by reason of the defendant's breach of contract of employ- ment dated 9th August, 1910, was continued before the Chief Justice Sir Francis Piggott, and a special jury, at the Supreme Court this morning.
