Chambor for comment contained. the 'pro- posil that a notice calling the attention of seamen in British Ships to their rights under the Imperial Workmen's "Com- pensation Act should be exhibited in the Shipping Onices of Bongkong and Singapore.

Your Committee in their reply. took the view that what was required by the Board of Trade was that the notice should be exhibited in the Harbour Master's Office, and to such a course they could see no objection.
