dinance to authorize the Construction and Maintenance of a Harbour of Refuge upon and over certain portions of the Ses Bed and Foreshore situated upon the Harbour frontage at Taikoktsui, Mongkoktai, and Yaumati, Kowloon, in this Colony.
The works authorized by this Ordinance comprise the following:(1.) The con
