The Pacific typhoon appears to be situated to the E. of Balingtang Channel and to be moving slowly towards N.W. The Locchons observations are not yet to hardl
Pressure is still high over the Yello
N. E. galen may be expected in the Furmosa Channel and unsettled squally weather over the Northern part of the
China Ses.
Telegraphic communication between the Observatory and Hongkong is interrupted.
