The Tide Table given below. has been compiled by the Nautical Almanine Office in London from the result of the analysis af observations taken by means of an au tomatio tide-recording machine in the Wa tor Police Basin at Tsim Sha Tsui during the years 1887.8-3.
The zero of the table is Low Water Or dinary Spring Tides, which has been founi to be 2 feet below an aes level.
To absip the depth of water on the tide gauge at the Victoria Naval Yard add 5 ft. 7 to, and on the gauge at Lamtout Dook. Aberdeen, add 12 ft. 8 into the height zívou in the table.
