We have not always been able to agree with him in bis views, but that does not make us the less disposed to give him credit for the earnestnes which he has shown in the discharge of A, S. WATSON & Co., LIMITED. his legislative duties; for this story in- dependence, and but, though not least, for the cheerfal alacrity with which he has done a great deal of hard work in the interests of the public.
