1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Lost Cices in China or Japan, as well as to Maso, Pak- hei, Singapore, Penang, and Maleoen. They must not exceed the following dimen signs, 2 feet long, 1 foot broad, 1 foot deep, nor wei b more than 5lbs. The postage is 20 cents per lb., which includes Hegistra tion except to Japan, to which country parcels are forwarded at Book Rates Regis try being optional.
