1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Post Offices in Chica or Japan, as well as to Macao, Pak- hol, Singapore, Penang, and Malacca. They must not exceed the following dimen sions, 2 fest long, 1 foot broad, 1 foot deep, nor weich more than 5lbs. The postage will be 20 cents per lb., which will include be wholly parcola closed if they bear this special endorse ment, FARCAL, CONTAINING NO LETTER, but any parcel may he opened by direction of the Postmaster General.

To faalitate finding the position of any yerel in the Harbour, the Anchorage is divided into eight Sectiona, commenting as Green Island. Vessels near the Hongkong shore are marked, near the Kowloong shore k., and those in the body of the Shipping or midway between each shore are marked s., in conjunction with the figures denoting the sections.
