Although it has been in contemplation for some years past to transfer the Property and Business of the present Proprietors to a Public Company, It was not thought pradent to do so until by auch an experience of the working of the the Concern, as has been gained during the last three years, its future success should be assured.
The present Proprietors are prepared to hand over the Property and Business to the Company in a state of nomplete efficiency on the Birst of March next, and arrange. menta are being made to commence full work on that date.
