BRERETON, 29 Queen's Road, Hongkong, on or before the 15th day of January, 1875. And notice is hereby given that at the expiration of the last-mentioned day, the said JOHN FAIRBAIRN will proceed to dis- tribute the Assets of the said JAMES SMITH FERRIES amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the Claims of which the said JORN FAIRBAIRN has then had notice; and that the sald
