A revision of the Sharo List will take place at the end of every three years, and for this purpose power will be given to the Directors by the Deed of Settlement to withdraw at the before-mentioned periods all or any of the Shares held by Share- holders who have not contributed Premia or whose contributions during the precid-
ing three years have not been, in proportion

Shareholders retiring from the Company in pursuance of the above regulation, sill
