BURGLARY.

Regina v. Lumi Akrai. The prisoner was indicted on two counts for having burglariously brokon into the shop of Lo Tang Wan on the 29th August 1877, and atealing therefrom 7000 coppar cents and 1900 copper cash known as the Hongkong milbs also for receiving the said stolen property knowing the same to have been stol.

The Jury found the prisoner guilty. He was identidad by Mr Mulgrave, Turnkey in Victoria Gaol, as having been convicted in December 1878 and sentenced to three month hard labour for larceny. He was now sentenced to three year penal
