The fees under this Port relevant to yachts of yacht clubs which appear in the Navy List are reduced by one-half under an Order made by the Governor in Council on the 19th day of July, 1928, and published in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1928.

  • (c) Where the working is limited to 6 p.m. to midnight — one quarter of the scale fee.

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under sections 10(6), 14(7), 37(2) and 42(1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899 (Ordinance No. 10 of 1899), on the 6th day of December, 1928.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(6), 14(7), 37(2) and 42(1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds Table C in the Schedule to the said Ordinance, as amended, and substitutes the following Table therefor:
