Proportionate fees are hereby authorised, and shall be charged as follows:-

Where the working is limited to

(a). midnight to 6 a.m, .....................

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under sections. 10 (6), 14 (7), 37 (2) and 42 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (6), 14 (7), 37 (2) and 42 (1) of the Merchant Shipping" Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling the Governor in Council hereby reseinds Table C in the Schedule to the said Ordinance, as amended and substitutes the following Table therefor:—

1. The regulations in this Part deal with the matter of survey and other fees as follows,-

Regulation 2.-General.

Regulation 3.—Survey for a passenger Certificate.

Regulation 4.-Survey for a Certificate for obtaining a plying licence

(under Table E.)

Regulation 5-Survey for a Certificate for obtaining an Emigration

Licence.

Regulation 6.—Measurement of Tonnage.

Regulation 7-Survey for Lond-line Certificate.

Regulation 8.-Survey in Day Dock for Bottom Certificate.
