SURVET OF STEAMSHIPS :—
Attendance at Legal Proceedings.
21. If a Surveyor is served with a subprena, aud is permitted by the Govern- ment to attend a Court of Law or Public Inquiry in his capacity as a Government Official, to give evidence or to make a statement, a fee of $50 per day is to be charged for the Surveyor's attendance.
Reduced fees of certain yachts.
22. The fees under this Part relevant to yachts of yacht clubs which appear in the Navy List are reduced by one-half under the Order made by the Governor in Council of the 19th day of July, 1928, and published in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1928.
Date of coming into force.
23. These regulations shall come into force on and after the 1st day of January, 1929.
TECHNICAL Institute CLASS FEES :—
A fee of $10 per term will be charged for each subject, with the exception of Members of St. John Ambulance, the Vernacular Teachers' Classes, where the fee is $I.
"Efcient" members of the St. John Ambulance Brigade and Girl Guide Officers
will be charged $5 only for each subert.
