N.B.-(.) Clubbed packets of letters to China at 5 cents per oz., which must be prepaid.

(6.) Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitatious, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almanacs, &c., when intended for addresscus in Hong Kong and when posted in batches of not less than ten of uniform size and weight are accepted at the special rate of 2 cents for each 2 oz, or fraction thereof. Such circulars should be delivered to an officer of the Post Office.
