Barrow acted as Private Secretary to H.E. the Officer Administering the Government from 8th May to 18th November and drew acting pay of $100 per month.

(3) Capt. T. A. H. Coltman, R.A., Aide-de-Camp to H.E. the Governor, was granted leave from 7th May to 4th August before resignation. Capt. F. W. Webb, R.A., acted as Aide-de-Camp to H.E. the Officer Administering the Government from 7th May to 16th November and drew Conveyance Allowance of $50 per month.
