(1) Mr. W. T, Southorn administered the Government from 6th May to 16th November, and drew half £4.800 plus Entertainment Allowance and Allowance for private

Bervants.

(2) Mr. G. W. A. Tufton, Private Secretary to 1.E., the Governor to 5th May was granted leave from 6th May to 2nd August before resignation. Mr J. Barrow acted us Private Secretary to H. E. the Offleet Administering the Government from 8th May to 18th November and drew meting pay of $100 per month.

REMARKS.

(3) Capt. T. A. H. Coltman, R.A.. Aide-le-L'amp to H.E, the Governor was granted leave from 7th May to 4th August before resignation. Capt. F. W. Webb, R.A., neted as Aide-de-Camp to H. E. the Officer Administering the Government from 7th May to 16th November and drew Conveyance Allowance of $50 per month.

(4) Mr. J. J. Gregory acted as Custiilian from 26th November

when Mr. J. W. Deakin was in hospital.

(5) Promoted from Class VIA on 1st November.

(6) Chende Din, P.W.D., acted as No. 2 Chauffeur from 6th

to 31st March and drew acting pay at 50 cents a day. Chan Kau, Sanitary Department, acted from ist April to 25th May and from 17th to 30th November nul drew meting pay at 50 cents a day.

Maroj in neted from 26th May to 16th November and drew pay nt. $890 per annum.
