(9) Typhoon warnings are broadcasted on 600 metres immediately on rece pt and at 18

minutes past every hour until 1600 G.M.T.

(10) British Official Wireless Press Messages are copied twice daily from Rugby GBR., these are printed, published and issued to Heads of Government departments and to the newspapers.

(11) The Radio Telegraph Office also maintains communication with Waglan and Gap Rock Lighthouses by submarine cable, or altinatively in the event of breakdown, by wireless, for the purpose of reporting vessels entering the harbour and for the col lection of Meteorological reports.

Charges:

(1) The const charge per word for messages to and from ships with exception of river boats owned by the Hong Kong, Canton and Macao Steamboat Co., is 50 centimes per word no minimum.

(2) The coast charge per word for messages exchanged with river boats owned by the Hong Kong, Canton and Macao Steamboat Co. is 20 centimes per word minimum charge Fr. 2.00.

This special rate is only allowable for mes-ages banded in at, or destined for Hong

Kong.

(3) The station charge for messages exchanged with French Indo-China, Kwongchowan

and Siam is 50 centimes per word no mininum.

(4) The station charge for messages exchanged with stations in South China with the

exception of Cantou is 40 centimes per word no minimum.

(5) The station charge for messages exchanged with Canton is 25 centimes per word no

minimum.

(6) The station charge for messages excharged with Macao is 124 centimes per word no

minimum.

(7) The station charge to Philippines, Dutch East Indies and Dutch Borneo is 30 centimes

per word, no minimum.

(8) The station charge to or from American Continent is 39 centimes per word no

minituum.

(9) The station charge to or from Europe is 30 centimes per word no minimum.

(10) The station charge to or from British North Borneo is 45 centimes per word no

minimum.
