N.B.-(.) Postal Hong packets may be sent to China at 4 cents per oz., which must be prepaid.

(6) Newspapers published in Hong Kong and posted singly to Great Britain, Irish Free State, British Possessions, China and Macao are accepted at the special rate of 2 cents

per 4 oz, or fraction thereof.

(c.) Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almannes, &c., when intended for addressees in Hong Kong or Wei Hai Wei at which a British Postal Agency is established and when posted in batches of not less than ten of uniform size and weight (such weight not to exceed 2 ounces) are accepted at the special rate of 1 cont cacli. Such circulurs should be delivered to an officer of the Post Offico.
