per 4 oz, or fraction thereof.

Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almannes, &c., when intended for addressees in Hong Kong or Wei Hai Wei at which a British Postal Agency is established and when posted in batches of not less than ten of uniform size and weight (such weight not to exceed 2 ounces) are accepted at the special rate of 1 cont cacli. Such circulurs should be delivered to an officer of the Post Offico.
