SPECIFICATION OF TAXES, DUTIES, &c.

Act of Colonial Legislature or other Authority under which levied.

LIGHT DUES.

All ships which enter the waters of the Colony except British and Foreign Ships

of War, shall pay the following dues, viz. :—

Two cents per ton.

All River Stentors, which enter the waters of the Colony by day or by night, shall

pay five-sixths of a cent per ton.

LICENCES AND INTERNAL REVENUE NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

1.-Passenger Boats.

For boats in class A, $3 for each 10 feet or part of 10 feet in length with a

minimum fee of $3 and a maximum fee of $15.

For boats in class B, $2 for each 10 foot or part of 10 feet in length with a

minimum fee of $2 and a maximum fee of $10.
