FRES OF COURT :-
ORDER AS TO THE FEES AND PERCENTAGES TO BE TAKEN IN THE SUPREME COURT.
1.—This Order may be cited as The Supreme Court Fees Order, 1903. It shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1903, and shall apply to all causes and mattera commenced on nnd after the said day, and to all proceedings taken on anil after the said day in all causes and matters then pending.
2.-The foos and percentages contained or referred to in the several Schedules hereto are fixed and appointed to be and shall be taken in the Supreme Court in the various jurisdictions to which the mid Schedules respectively relate; and tho said fees and percentages shall, except in so far as the said Schedules provide for a payment in cash, be takeu by stamps cither impressed or adhesive as the Governor may from time to time direct.
3.—All Orders and Rules of Court horetofore made for the purpose of fixing fees or percentages in the Supreme Court are hereby annulled, but this Order shall not apply to or affect existing fees or percentages directed to be taken or paid by auy Ordinance.
