1. For Registration of a Conveyance on Sale, to be charged on the amount or value of the consideration inovey, such consideration money to include any com payable by the purchaser in respect of any mortgage or other debt remaining upon the property purchased or released by such purchaser to the Vendor.

2. For the Registration of a Lease or Agreement for a lease, to be charged on the amount of ananal rent reserved.

50 cents for every $100

or part thereof.

3. For the Registration of a Lease axecuted in pursuance

of duly stamped agreement for the same.

The same fee as on the Agreement but not exceeding $1.

4. For the Registration of a Surrender of a Lense or

cancellation of an Agreement for a Lease.

The same fee as is pay- able on the Lease or Agreement itself un- der article 2,

5. For the Registration of a Mortgage or Agreement for a Mortgage whether the primury or collateral Soenrity and for every dued or document extending the time of any wortgage and for every transfer of any mortgage, to be calculated upon the principal amount secured.

10 cents for every $100 or part thereof with a minimum fee of 50 cents,

6. For the Registration of a Reassignment or redemption of any mortgage to be calculated upon the principal amonut secured by or under any such mortgage.

5 cents for every $500 or part thereof with a min- imum fee of 10 cents.

7. For the Registration of a Conveyanco when no money consideratíou or merely nominal consideration pusses.

$1 for the first lot and 10 rents for ench ndi- sional lot or portion of a lot after the firet.

8. For the Registration of any Order or document issued under the Seal of the Supreme Court of Hangkong, Probate, Letters of Administration in respect of any land upon which Stamp or Probate Duty bus beaut paid, Power of Attorney, Certificate of Satisfaction, and all other documents not berein provided for.

$1 for the first lot and 10 cents for every adili- tional lot or portion of #lot.

9. For every uncertified copy of ary Instrument of

record per folio of 72 words.

10. For every certified copy of any Instrument of recoril
