Where the whole Estate of a person dying intestate shall not exceed the sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the office and the parties sworn or declared to the same without payment of any Fee save the undermentioned.

The above fees do not include Probate duties.

Estates sworn under $250 oxempt from Probate Duty.
