The above senle is intended to includo all expenses; except in suits where the tenant disputes the landlord's claim, and witnesses have to be subpœnced, in which case each subpæna must be paid for at 25 cents; where watchmen are kept in charge of property distrained, 50 cents per day must be paid per minn ; where property is removed and stored, the neeossary expenses to be fixed by the Registrar must be paid.
