Parcels are forwarded to India by P. & 0..and Indian Packets only, to Ceylon by P. & O. Packet only, to all other places by Private Steamers only. For Rules see Postal Guide, par. 101-103. Registration of parcels for Ceylon and India is compulsory. A declaration of contents is required with parcels for India.
