Parcel Post.-Parcels containing no letters may be forwarded at Book Rates to Ceylon, India, the Straits Settlements, and to all Local Ports except those the names of which are printed in Italics. Parcela are forwarded to India by P. & O. and Indian Packets only, to Ceylon by P. & O. Packet only, to all other places by Private Steamers only. For Rules soo Postal Guide, par. 101-103. Registration of parcels for Ceylon and India is compulsory. A declaration of contents is required with parcels for India.
